Peter L. Trible, Jr., co-founded Trible & Griffin in 2006. Pete has since focused his practice on traffic and criminal defense, handling matters ranging from traffic tickets to felony trials in the Circuit Court. Pete also maintains a healthy personal injury practice, and offers free initial consultations in either area. He welcomes appointments to discuss any legal matter.

Prior to Trible & Griffin, Pete acted as the resident managing attorney for the Tappahannock office of Marks & Harrison. Pete began his legal career as Staff Attorney for the Virginia State Crime Commission, where he assisted the Virginia General Assembly with its evaluation, re-writing and re-vamping of Virginia’s criminal code.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993, Pete served on the campaign and gubernatorial staffs of former Virginia Governor George Allen. Prior to law school, he consulted and managed numerous local and statewide political campaigns. Pete received his J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law in 2000.
